FFREIA is committed to providing an environment that is free from discrimination in its activities, employment and opportunity because of race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, disability, gender, sexual orientation, age or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal or state law.

It is the FFREIA organizations’ expectation that all members and organizations (vendor and partner members) will act in a professional and respectful manner. Any type of discrimination, harassment, illegal or violent action will not be tolerated. The FFREIA Board and Officers, at its sole discretion may terminate any membership without prior discussion or notice.

FFREIA does not render legal, tax, economic or investment advice.  FFREIA does not investigate its members, vendors, nor vouch for, nor make representation as to the honesty, integrity, reliability, motives or resources of its members, officers, directors, employees, agents and/or vendors.  Persons should consult with their own professional advisors as to risks and legal, tax, economic, or investment implications in matters concerning real estate and other investments.

FFREIA will record via audio and video many of its events, programs and training sessions. These records are the sole property of FFREIA and may be used as FFREIA (Board and Officers) deems appropriate.
