A “Hands On” Approach to Technology making Real Estate Business Possible  (and easier) .

Using his tablet (iPad, iPhone, Android)  Loc Trinh is giving a hands on walk through of a day of his device.  From searching property on Realtor.com and Zillow,  filtering the data and  sharing pertinent information with associates using Google & DropBox,  inspect the property live on Skype and then record and prepare expense records.

 

Thursday meeting is followed by a new sub-group on Thursday May 24th when we will have a 1 hour Webinar on technology targeted for real estate investors and those self employed.  These sessions are 1 hour, with plenty of time for questions and answers.  The topic of this month’s  presentation is “Internet Marketing 101.”

After the Webinar we’ll have a round table discussion of tips, tricks and problems using technology.

Introducing Technology Thursday

 

On Thursday May 24th we will have a new applied technology sub-group.  We are able too join the Baltimore REIA’s technology sub-group held the 4th Thursday of a month. A national tech consultant gives a 1 hour presentation to the group via Webinar, with plenty of time for questions and answers. The meeting starts at 6:45 PM, with the Webinar live at 7:00 PM

After the hour we’ll have an open round table sharing tips and tricks,  our current tech problems and solutions.

 

The May 24 th meeting is scheduled for Brighton Town Hall.     The meeting location can vary, please check the calendar for updates.
