Topic:  Finding the Right Deals

Steve and Ginny (of Crown Point R E Consulting) will present an initial overview of the system that has empowered  them to buy distressed real estate for pennies on the dollar – hundreds of times.

- Learn how begin your search,
- Discover how to attract motivated sellers to you,
- Understand they key questions you need to ask a seller

A full, more detailed program will be taught on Saturday, February 11.

This class is geared towards new to intermediate investors who struggle with where and how to find those ‘right’ deals, as well as those investors who write offers with little or no success of acceptance.

What you will learn in our time together:

  •  Learn how begin your search,
  •  Discover how to attract motivated sellers to you,
  •  Understand they key questions you need to ask a seller,
  •  Learn how to determine what to offer (continued in March’s class as we cover Fixing property),
  •  Learn solid negotiating tactics that help you buy properties for pennies on the dollar,
  •  We will share with you some key elements in writing your offers that will separate you from others,
  •  Learn powerful presenting techniques when making offers both directly to the owners and via a Broker.

 

Steve King has secured over 300 transactions throughout his career. His Finding, Funding, and Fixing strategy in acquiring investment properties has served him well and has allowed him to never use a bank as a financing source. In his first 10 months in the business Steve paid off over 100K in debt. Steve has truly mastered the concept of creating wealth through using other people’s money.
